Thank you for shopping with Cool Kids! This Shipping Policy explains how and when we deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

 

        1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed. You’ll be notified if there’s a longer wait time.

       2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

           Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

           Standard Shipping:

           Cost from: €5.99 

           Delivery: [3–7 business days]

          📍 Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.

       

         3. Shipping Destinations

             Ireland- €5.99

             Northern Ireland - €6.99

             The Netherlands / Belgium - €18

             Germany / Poland - €21

          Select your destination at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, we currently do              not offer shipping to your country. 

 

          4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

          Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your            tracking number.

          You can track your order’s progress through the carrier’s website.

          5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

         International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees                   assessed by your country.

         These charges are your responsibility.

         We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.

 

          6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package. 

          Lost or Stolen:

          If your tracking shows delivery but you didn’t receive your package, contact the              carrier GLS.

          Please make suer to have your parcel number when contacting GLS.

          Damaged Packages:

          If your items arrive damaged, please send photos of the packaging and                            damaged goods within [48 hours] to info@coolkids.ie

          We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

 

           7. Changes & Cancellations

          Orders can be changed or canceled within [1 hour] of purchase.

          Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

          Email info@coolkids.ie as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order.
